Eastborough
a small city of 1,500 inside the east side of wichita kansas. often thaought of a neighborhood but it isn’t. eastborough has it’s own police force and is famous among wichitains to have a 20 mph speed limit and cops coming down all the streets every 30 mins. the east side is much more afluent then the west side of wichita. last year 100% of crimes here were speeding.
