witty and insightful summary of a situation, which clearly cuts the cr-p whilst encomp-ssing the full complexities. a phrase likely to resonate with the intelligent in the audience.
an oft-used edism: “we’re f-cked”, esp. with reference to the global outlook, or perhaps after an orgy.
