getting effed out of a free choice. derived from the short form of the “employee free choice act.” which, in a bit of new speak, actually removes choice from workers.
i got efca’d out of my tuition reimburs-m-nt by the government arbitrator who sided with the union i got efca’d in to. those morons exchanged our education benefit for a one-hour union meeting on company property every week – now i can’t pay for school.
