infamous sketchy casino in macao from the sixties with a flamboyant, extroverted audience. became famous in the mid seventies for its lucky owners, señor caspar and lady bao bao, who were notorious for having a never ending lucky streak which they took advantage of in numerous charming scandals. rumors had it that they smuggled large amounts of psychedelic drugs in fancy coconut c-cktails into el casbao and sold them to their guests earning millions, but nothing could ever be proven to this day.
