a very sad excuse for a human being who gets bent out of shape over fictional stories within a video game. these people really are the lowest of the low, who hide behind pseudo-intelligence and genuinely believe they know more about tes than the devs. i mean, it’s not like bethesda created tes, right?
these individuals generally believe that skyrim sucks and morrowind is the best video game in existence. they are b-tthurt at the developers for removing archaic game mechanics in favour of more fluid gameplay. naturally, their obsession with tes lore diverts their interest away from any other video games, and even real-life activities.
while some of them play the latter games in the series, they constantly b-tch about how skyrim is “too easy” and “dumbed down”. as i stated earlier, these individuals love nothing more than engaging in pseudo-intellectual circlejerks on internet forums and youtube, often creating videos featuring their hour-long rants, failing to realise how ridiculous they sound to anybody who plays these games for fun, rather than “intellectual enlightenment”.
needless to say, they despise the stormcloaks, a faction opposed to the imperials, introduced in skyrim. the stormcloaks have an entirely legitimate political standpoint, but tes lorehounds oppose them for no reason other than the fact that imperials were the good guys in oblivion (and this is despite the fact that the imperials attempt to kill skyrim’s protagonist in the opening sequence).
