Elektriker
a norwegian term, which directly translates to “an electrician” – to be an electrician. the term originates from a mix of miss-interpitation, bad hearing and dialect-confussion. what was originaly intended to be said was ” lett drikker”, which sounds a lot like “elektriker”.
if someone calls you an electrician they are essentialy calling you “a light drinker” – someone how cant handle their alcohol.
