Emotional Exhaust
whenever you have some feelings bottled up inside, good or bad, happy or sad, and you just feel like telling someone would help you, and you don’t even care who you tell, so you tell a friend or you post it on the internet or just tell some random person, just to let it out, that’s emotional exhaust.
“hey, i got some stuff i need to get off my chest, can you listen to my emotional exhaust?”
