ethnoflexible is a word that reflects changes in our global word. most communities are h-m-genius (meaning comprised of mostly the same type of people). people from outside that community are hetrogenius or different. ethnoflexibility is the ability of a mostly h-m-genius community to smoothly encorporate hetrogenius memebers into that community.
in order for schools to better educate our children they must become more ethnoflexible.
