Executive Procrastination


1. an advanced form of procrastination wherein a specific task is avoided to complete another equally important task.

2. avoiding something important by doing something equally important, but where time isn’t necessarily a factor.
some examples of ‘executive procrastination’ are:

avoiding writing an essay by sorting out rent.

avoiding going to the dentist by going to the gym.
