the act of not letting go after a breakup. specifically, when the former boyfriend/girlfriend calls, emails, sends gifts, etc. that are unwanted and make the other person highly uncomfortable.
girl 1: i’m gonna stop taking his calls. i’m tired of him crying and begging for me to take him back. it’s creeping me out.
girl 2: dude, you shouldn’t put up with that. that’s exual har-ssment!
