someone comes from a predominantly italian neighborhood and -ssociates himself/herself with italians, but is really an irish or puerto rican fa-talian.

someone who thinks they are italian and really aren’t. black people who think they are italian, when they aren’t even half. and they hype themselves to be fake + italian = fatalian
