Fachero
the term is used in south america, and refers to somebody who is exceptionally good looking, so therefore it is a compliment, and tends to be used for men only. it is both a noun and an adjective; the noun has three different forms:
-pl m “facheros”
-pl f “facheras”
-m “fachero”
-f “fachera”
