to be extremely stupid. so stupid that the word “blow” must be incorporated. f-gblow can be anyone in this category, ranging from a video game nerd, to a snotty 16 year old girl. f-gblow is usually very demeaning to someones self-esteem. very good choice of words if in a verbal fight.
