a person – usually called sam or kathryn – who is (or is getting) a bit porky. generally a temporary state between episodes of svelte fitness and tone.
1) kathryn: -shows old photo of self- sam: “wow…!! weren’t you a fatty puff puff??!!?”
2) kathryn: “sam, you’re a s-xy goddess, even if you are a fatty puff puff ”
3) both: are you sure you want full fat c-ke? gotta watch the fatty puff puff.
then they eat sweets and talk about cavemen and horses.
