fauxmendment right is the intentional abuse of existing const-tutional rights in a way that directly infringes upon the const-tutional rights of others.
fauxmendment right example: shouting down a speaker is abusing freedom of speech rights to intentionally prevent another from exercising their const-tutional right to freedom of speech.

the belief that just because we the people have the right to do and say whatever we want, makes whatever we do and say right.
