one acting in a manner that would make others believe they are homeless and down on their luck and need money, when in fact they are simply shady, sc-m-sucking scam artists.
the joker holding a cardboard sign on every corner who actually has a better car and house than you do and works in shifts with other feauxbos to bilk the kindhearted out of their hard-earned money.
