former head n-gg-r in charge. when a black person who was considered by some (and usually only himself) to be the hnic (head n-gg-r in charge) is toppled from his self appointed position, usually due to his own shortcomings and greed. another “hnic” will usually self-appoint themselves after such toppling occurs.
