a fifa-fail is the failure of the popular game fifa (any version). the game fifa has moments when the clearly trigger based programming produces bizarre results (examples include an enemy player standing in front of your golly, blocking his shoot, intercepting the ball, and probably scoring.)
hey how did you win that game yesterday, i thought brat was boss?
dude, he totally had me, but wouldn’t you know it, a fifa-fail gave me a scoring opportunity!
really, he didn’t manage to score again?
he tried, but fifa kept failing giving him offsides when he really wasn’t.
