a b-llsack that has been stepped on in the event of a confrontation between a girl and a boy. generally after a boy has been unfaithful to his girl and she crushes his b-lls so that they are squashed, and therefore a flat orange.
melissa stood on james’ b-lls after he cheated on her with jessica so he then got a flat orange.
