this is the act over overreacting to a minor situation. someone who flips d-ck often could be considered a douchebag or an -sshole.
billy: godd-mnit! who the f— stole my gameboy?!?
dave: whoa! why are you flipping d-ck?
when one becomes extremely irrate over an issue or problem.
i told the fam i failed the second quarter of algebra ii. eventho i still received my credit, due to my grade in the 1st quarter, my ma started flipping d-ck.
