Flop and Plop
a move used when a man goes to the bathroom in order to avoid washing his hands.
using his hands to guide the elastic of his underwear, a man will flop his member over the elastic band and plop it down. thus allowing for ease of urination without using his hands to touch his member.
female: ew! that guy didn’t wash his hands!
male: it’s okay, i used the flop and plop…
