the result of an anti-rape device full of hooked razors. once the p-n-s is inserted it is impossible to withdraw without further shredding your member. the rapist will never rape again but will probably murder his victim after he has recovered. popular/ unpopular (with rapists) in many african countries. the term is of my own invention and can be used to describe anything excruciatingly horrible or wiggity wack
