Flora St (Clifton/Cincinnati)
the drunkest street located off of “the cut” in cininnati/clifton oh. a place were many people gather but dont remember leaving. most likely weed, vodka, beer, whiskey, and svedka are involved. there is at least a “flora brawl” once a week. synonyms/also confused with : black out drunk,gettin it in,kegger with handle of whiskey,anduc.
