Fluppsen
being an idiot. when someone says something exceptionally stupid and/or just in general acting dumb. someone who is a “fluppsen” often acts as if he knows a lot and knows about things, but can often be proven wrong by simply questioning him/her.
chad just asked if i got ebola from visiting asia, he’s such a fluppsen!
