FMAT
family medicine accelerated track. it’s a program that texas tech university has developed for those of us who know that we for sure would like to do primary care. we take cl-sses in the summer at tech and do clinical rotations a year earlier and graduate a year earlier (we put in the ~same amount of weeks as a normal medical student would via the summer and cl-ssroom year). that’s just a brief summary. but seth and i are in the same clubs together/we pretty much talked each other in to mustering up the courage to apply.
