foreskinclosure
a condition, that often occurs during extremely cold temperatures, in which the rim of the foreskin touches on all sides so that the head of the p-n-s becomes invisible. when foreskinclosure occurs, the p-n-s appears as if it has retracted back inside a male’s pelvis.
person 1: did you see that streaker? it looked like he got his d-ck chopped off!
person 2: that’s not what happened. it’s like 15 below out here. he was just experiencing a little foreskinclosure.
