Frat Boy Standard Time
the time zone that fraternity members live in. this is generally accepted as 2-3 hours after stated time in any timezone. the only exception to this rule is the time for any sporting event. in this case the rule is reversed, the event occurs 2-3 hours before stated time.
the party is going to start at 11 p.m frat boy standard time. no one arrived at the party until 1 a.m.
