an insult to members of fraternities. presumably it comes from the fact that they choose to live with a bunch of dudes in their fraternity house, although, like the word f-g, is often used to mean nothing more than a general insult.
those f-cking sig chi fraternity f-gs trashed the quad last night after their party.
