freeballin weights
the weights used at the gym that are free hand weights, as opposed to the weight machines, which are guided weights. these weights require more strength, and have no guide – it’s all muscle going into it.
sh-t, i don’t use the guided weight machines. i am all over the freeballin weights. weight machines are for weak p-ss-es.
