a cross between r-mm-ng and f-lch-ng; fr-mm-ng is the process by which the -n-s is stimulated with the tongue, followed by a light flick with the finger, before proceeding to -j-c-l-t- into -n-l p-ssage. the s-m-n is then sucked out into the mouth and swallowed.
