a combination of the two words, fresh and solid.
together, they combine to give the definition that something is of both these things.
dude 1: wow, that was some extremely fresh cake! really solid stuff!
dude 2: yeah, totally. you might even say it was, frolid?
dude 3: ergh… yeah, what ever.
