Frube-ing
frube-ing is the squeezing of the p-n-s to remove s-m-n following -j-c-l-t–n. this is usually carried out in a similar fashion to that of removing yogurt from the popular ‘pet-ts-filous’ frubes. the thumb and forefinger are used to gently squeeze the p-n-s at the base, then are gradually dragged towards the tip, thus removing the s-m-n via the meatus.
