full drop
a scr-t-m hanging as far down as it will go, usually in a warm environment, like after a shower. the opposite of shrinkage.
used in a sentence: “that dude has serious low hanging b-lls; i saw him coming out of the shower at the gym, and they are half way to his knees at full drop.”
