a colloquial irish saying to express the feeling of being extremely drunk and that the possibility of consuming anymore alcohol could potentially have detrimental effects on ones health.

the phrase must be pr-nounced with the stress placed on the word “neck”.
andy : “story man, whats the craic?”

aidan : “ah man nothing much, fancy a few shots lad?”

andy : “here lad are you well? i am full to the neck”
