funny flipper
used as a noun. 1) one who looks funny or awkward while flipping someone off (or flipping the bird, the one finger salute). 2) one who does not belong in the flipping off society.
when my fiancee was upset she flipped me the bird. sadly, lacking experience, she is a funny flipper.
