Fupa Lupa
derived from oompah lumpa, the short, rotund, orange faced creatures from charlie and the chocolate factory, this term refers to a rotund female with a large fatty deposit in the upper pubic area fupa and a bad fake tan. normally spotted on the beach shortly after the start of spring break season. very common in the florida panhandle region.
d-mn, boy, did you see the gunt on that fupa lupa? she look like a pregant lizard with that skin!
