the unfair favoritism of furry animals over non-furred animals. most often seen in discussions regarding pet ownership.
stan: no one should keep reptiles. all they do is escape and cause damage to the local native wildlife. they should be all be banned.
derek: if that’s the case, every domestic cat and dog should be put to sleep.
stan: that’s different! dante is part of the family and he can’t help killing chipmunks!
