“fuzzy credit card” is a moderately pejorative phrase referring to the costs that a male normally incurs while socializing with a female. an obvious and soph-m-ric comparison is made between using a credit card reader and the act of s-xual intercourse: sliding one’s p-n-s into a woman’s v-g-n- will rack up the highest interest rates you are ever going to pay.
