gore seen in a film for the sake of being gore; gore being gore without a purpose.
gay gore is common in film like peter jackson’s braindead, a satirical horror/comedy flick with large quant-ties of gore; the story itself, however, isn’t scary, so the corresponding gore has no meaning.
