(noun) when a person uses s-xual behavior to create interpersonal leverage. usually refering to the giving or withholding of s-x to gain favor in a situation. typical of women, but men are capable to use this tactic as well.
can also be used to describe the tactics of overtly s-xual behavior or dress in public places, used to influence the crowd.
