gerdou is the ship name for germany x doug.
germany is from the popular anime hetalia and doug (aka hetalia_fanboy1) is from instagram.
the pairing started out with doug claiming to have a ‘man crush’ on germany. from there the ship has escalated to doug being ‘in love’ with germany.
however doug ships gerita so he can’t fully except his feelings for germany.
