an incompetent driver, almost always elderly that creates an ongoing road hazard by doing 25 in the p-ssing lane, failing to use signals, ignoring the fact that green lights mean go, and switching lanes or pulling out in front of you with no warning. despite aarp’s propaganda to the contrary, they are as dangerous, if not more so than teen drivers due to failing senses and bad reflexes yet they get m-ssive insurance discounts due to “driving experience” as opposed to the actual risk they pose to other drivers
