a german sit up is when you pick a kid (usually an pr-ck)and ask him if he can do a german sit up. if he says “yea i can” tell him to lay down, blind-fold the kid and hold his shoulders down.
now here is the fun part, get a friend to sqaut with his pants pulled around his ankles and put your b-tt in front of the kids face. now the people who are holding him down let go of the kid – resulting with the kids face ending up in the sqauters -ss.
