a getto buster is a thug dressing person (any race, white black hispanic) who can you usually be seen at a hardcore show throwing dowm like an -ss hole, hitting people that want nothing to do with the pit. also known as crowd killers, getto blasters,and busters. kids who wear the baggy shirts , hoodies with skulls and sht on them and flat rimmed hats, pretty much dressing like black gangster mother f-ckers in thier buster equipment.
