ghetto glitter
ghetto glitter is defined as broken gl-ss (i.e. broken bottles, broken mirrors, broken windows, etc..) that can be found in most alleys and/or poor neighborhoods. when light shines upon the broken gl-ss, the light is then refracted and/or reflected into the eye of an on looker which may or may not create monochromatic colors along with white light for the viewer to see.
1) person 1: “hey the street looks really nice today!”
person 2: “yeah, the light from the full moon is really shining on that ghetto glitter.”
2) one should wear shoes when leaving the house so you do not cut your feet on ghetto glitter.
