the one guy in a group of poor laborers who owns a vehicle, the ghetto rooster drives to each of the (ghetto) domiciles of his co-workers shortly before or after dawn and lays on his horn until they come out to fill his vehicle to three times capacity. due to the extreme vulgarity of the time of day, most of these co-workers are not ready and waiting, so these episodes of horn-crowing may last five to ten minutes, waking everyone else in the area who either works more decent hours, or is a welfare recipient.
