an individual or group of individuals that dress like thugs & use slang n-body understands. tries to pick up every woman, especially women who are out of their league. never succeeds. gets mad and throws a hissy fit like a 2 year old when rejected. complains about everything & is disrespectful. acts like they have money & then never tips at restaurants. offensive to all, gets offended at things not meant to be offensive (mostly because of a lack of understanding of english).
