Ginger Avenger
the nickname given to tennessee volunteers quarterback nick stephens, a red-headed gunslinger from texas. the name was first used by holly, a college football blogger who writes for yahoo!, every day should be sat-rday, and her own personal blog, snarkastic. it was later picked up by oskie, a contributor of the college football blog 3rd sat-rday in blogtober, to refer to the ginger-haired quarterback.
last week during a workout, the ginger avenger slipped and broke his wrist when he tried to catch himself.
