an intercity transit system with buses and trains that connects the different cities in and on the outskirts of the greater toronto area. has stations in major centers and universities across the gta.
after arriving in a partic-p-ting city, one can transfer to the local bus system, but for a small fare (usually around $1).
has an inexplicably stupid fare calculation based on zone and distance, but lack of compet-tion makes it begrudgingly the only option for intercity travel in the gta.
