god damn

when d-mn just won’t do.
not just d-mn, god d-mn!
something you put motherf-cks next to. certain chief gunner’s mates in the us navy have developed the ability to transform the english language so that expletives are transformed into nouns.
“hey, chief gunny. where do you want me to put this?”

“just put the motherf-ck next to the godd-mn.”
when used as an expletive- very offensive to religious (christian) people. calling for god to “d-mn” condemn something.
why this became “using the lord’s name in vain” i do not see it.

2: adjective- like many other profane adjectives. used to describe a noun that is very much disliked.
this use is not “anti-religious” in any way, but still offends most.
1: after smashing thumb with hammer….”godd-mn it” many times “dammit”

2: “i hate this god-d-mn(ed)hammer”…..subst-tute any profane adjective here and it is the same.
“f-cking” hammer, “sh-ttin” hammer, “piece of sh-t” hammer

why is it so morally wrong to wish for god’s eternal d-mnation of something(noun) you hate. you are not actually asking god directly as if speaking to him/praying to him and asking for his eternal d-mnation of something….but why is is so immoral even if you asked.

regardless…context! context! context!…this is what matters in the mainstream world…..not just in church or with the ladies for tea.
and being used as an adjective is quite accepted today and not thought of as some sort of direct insult/slam/blaspheme/sin toward god.

2) ” that godd-mn wrech broke again!”
a word i say all the godd-mned time.
godd-mn. god f-cking d-mn.
plea for god to d-mn someone or something.
god d-mn theresa for being a b-tthole.
a bad swear word, which is a combo of god and d-mn.
oh godd-mn b-lls!
